im a bit strict with music. ur song 6/10. maybe its too simple. not challenging enough. and little short too. it also lacks bass(impt in music). i'd say better than the market now. ur singing 5.5/10. nt bad. a bit shaky on notes. compose some songs that make full use of ur vocal range. articulation can be better. overall nt bad.

i think if you included a bass 30 seconds into your song... it'd be alot better.

just want to let u know that for artiste who win prizes and make a name...whatever sh it they sell after words will sell some cash even if they are just some same ol plain jane tracks included in an album
at a novice point of view i do not think there isn't anything jarring about your song...it is just like other songs i hear from a music album written and recorded there to make up for 10 tracks in a CD...u do that in a single and see how many copies u can sell......if u sell more maybe its your looks and EQ that is helping..not your talent. u happen to watch the angmoh American idol u see and listen to how powerful those winners voice are u will know...they all beat u several times in vocals...and u listen to those punk rokstars guitar strumming.....they all beat u many times in chords.
keep trying who knows one day u may make it big

However I think you need to improve on your diction, and you kinda sound like you're going out of breathe? Maybe more vocal training.
