n takin 4 hrs a week for 6 mths... even if u do dat 4 one more yr i doubt u'll really be ready 4 jlpt 2 unless u really use d language often....

imagine we all take how many yrs 2 learn chinese in schl. frm pri schl all d way...
n den japanese, if dun speak at home, if dun use wif frens.. can't expect 2 much.
like i holiday 4 say 3 weeks i can 4 get A LOT of jap leh.
i stopped watchin dorama 4 1 mth... 4get a lot of things! must keep using...any language also must.. it's all abt exposure. but japanese is ranked 1 of d most complicated languages in the world. ! haha.
but helps if u noe chinese ... helps a bit..

there are honorifics and humble expressions. there are colliquial expressions. there are kanjis with chinese and japanese pronunciations and meanings. there are katagana, for foreign imported words. i dont understand why they made the language so complicated.
