No paper forms liao, all online.
JAE will start one day after O Levels results are released. However, you can log in to check your points.
There's no need to fill up all 12 choices. However, if you want a greater chance of entering a poly or JC that you want, better fill up all. By limiting yourself, you might be disappointed if things don't go your way.
If you have problems filling the 12 choices, one easy way out is to select a particular field, say IT. Then choose all the IT related courses from alll polys and fill them in. How you rank them is up to you. Or if you want science courses from no particular JC, just fill up this way also. One advantage is that you will not be disappointed. The disadvantage is that you are just limiting yourself to a certain field only.
If the course you want has high COP, one way to overcome it is to study something related. For example, biomedical sciences is notorious for the high COP. However, biomedical engineering has lower COP. Just put biomedical engineering as your choice.
