  Can. But if get outrageous grade, please don't appeal. For outrageous grade, I mean you get E8 and below for English, Maths and/or Science.

  DAE. SAE is Special Admissions Exercise. Only for talented students. Usually requires a portfolio and an interview with the school.

  yes, all cos of these IP students.
  
  anyway, the standards haven't increased that much. if the last intake guy got 4, then i suppose he went in with L1R5 of 8, and got his bonus points from CCA and second L1. that is not exactly any different from past years.

  erm. before we go, pls note that the cut-off point refers to the last ranked person who got into the particular college. it does not mean that there are no academically-talented (or any other talents not reflected in the L1R5) ppl in both colleges.

  i think u make a trip to MOE Customer Service Centre at Buona Vista to register on the spot is easier.

  This year no longer using Singpass. They are give JAE PIN by the MOE.

  Erm, the official website did mention SingPass to be used for SC/PR w/o 2005 certs.
  
  but still, i'll rather you get a JAE PIN (or i heard you can apply with ur I/C on the spot) from MOE's Customer Service Centre.
