Drinking Enough Water

  They always say drink 8 glasses of water per day...do you? I don't drink up to 8 usually...

  Actually, even if less than that is ok. You make up by drinking other stuffs, like fruit juices or soups.

  If you work in air con environment muz drink much more cuz very dry and you lose moisture very fast. I neber count but since water is free from company I drink 3 X 1.5 litres a day

  The water is needed to keep your lips and throat wet else very dry then if got one person cough tat's it. The flu virus float ard in the enclosed air con room. Some ppl siao onz MC still come back and work lor
