OMs, are ex-military ppl, so their job scope in OM is somewhat similar to the job scope in the last 5 yrs of their previous job. WHich has been roughly explained by a previous post.
Schools like ACS can certainly force ppl to donate, cos majority of the students are rich. Tell me where to find a17yr old (ACJC, same right?) girl holding a LV wallet ...
Schools cannot force, but they can set a min amt. But if they force u to hit the min. amt. Then hehe, tell Tharman ? -

last time i in ACS,just got alot of fund raising etc but no requirements to meet..
