those who pre-ordered n80 with ah beng shops shld receive the call to collect their phones. nokia will release it to distributors after 6pm today. from wat i noe, black n80 sets are really limited and nokia itself has no more spare black n80, only silver ones. -

n80 u can go to shops early tomorrow and snatch, esp if u wan the black ones. the first batch shld be cleared very fast (maybe only leave a few silver sets behind), everyone is cheonging now that stocks came in today. it'll cost $1,038 onwards. remember to ask if it includes GST if u're going to check out on a few shops at a time. -

yes, N80 is out. u can go hunt for it tomorrow. go early, it'll sell like hot cakes. the common price is S$1,038 (nett, before gst), but if it goes beyond $1,088, try another shop. u can always walk around or bargain.
make sure u ask if it's nett or they got charge GST cos the difference is about $50+ so dun let them eat u in or u blur blur last minute than realise. -
N80 2nd batch when will if be out?

if u're talking about software glitches for first batches of phones, by the time it gets stable it'll be months later. -
And then by then n81 will be out, and the cycle repeats itself over and over again......

i bought first batch N91, also using like no problems...
u dun necessary have to be scared of first batch. if ppl bought and never complain, then u noe it's safe. if everyone say got bug, then u can put it off.
but if u wait longer, then like ditzy say, ur phone is outdated already and its specs may not be appealing anymore.

try funan and burlington square area. also, the mobile shop near giant supermarket at marina sq.
if not u can always wait to cheong into telco shop on saturday morning. -
