Anybody knows where i can buy larva lamps?

  yeah fake one the wax are usually of lousier quality, so the effect are not too nice. but i never seen any "real" lava lamps before. think mine shd be cheong cos the wax like breaking up into smaller pieces.
  
  Lava lamps are very interesting because they will always give off a unqiue blend of light. with the right settings, they are simply beautiful

  buy a cheap lamp for $10+ and then go to an active volcano and collect lava in the lamp when it erupt

  in Annex but cant remember which floor. several designs to choose, with the wax colour and liquid colour, which for mine would be blue wax and clear white liquid.
  
  the bulb will blow after few months. had changed 2 bulbs and still going strong. bulbs are at $5 each at the same shop. tried looking for cheaper bulbs from hardware stall but they dun carry the size of the lava lamp bulbs...
  
  it serves as a night lamp in my room so my room wouldnt be too dark. nowadays when i go overseas or holidays i must sleep with the night light on. abit scared of dark now....

  hey your lamp is nice. no offense but, u put there nice meh? anyway how much u pay for that lamp of yours? i dont want those small small ones, i like larger ones. btw finch rocks ^^

  no lar! i put on a open shelve. only put there for illustration purpose.
  
  i paid like 70 for it i think. was some time back. finch? quite some time back when i was still rowdy and full of vigour.

  its a normal lamp so any normal bulb will blow. no big deal

  I rather get a plasma ball.
  
  It's a glass ball where a core insides it shoots plasma waves all around the inside of the ball. The waves will concentrate on the parts of the outside of the ball which u touched.
  
  1st time i ever saw 1 was at Science Centre!
