Seem to be the only way by trial and error. But to get the right temperature means first time trying muz sacrifice quite a few eggs and who gotta eat so many eggs rite?

take a big mug (those plastic army ones)
put eggs inside.
cover mug with saucer.
5/6mins.
throw away hot water.
rinse eggs with running cold water.
