Curfew After 11pm for 17 and under?

I read that those under 17 found hanging outside after 11pm will be questioned by policemen on patrol.Then the police will call the family of the kid.Something like this.No joke.In other words,ya it is as good as curfew.\
Which is good,kids nowadays behave like hooligan and act tough/create trouble outside.Need some discipline to keep them in order.

the kid serve them right, i see them always hanging around doing nothing living off parents' money. -
I just thought of one problem.
Mata may think I'm under 17. Looks like have to keep my IC handy. -

From what i read, it is not a new law. Just a new practice by the SPF. If officers catch teens below the age of 17 loitering outside at night, they will take down their particulars and parents will be informed by letter a few days letter..
I think only letter and tts what they can do, take down particulars only. They can ask you to go home. But there is no law saying you must be at home by 11pm.
