i understd what u mean.. i've been trainin 4 yrs but my shoulders still looks terribly narrow

i know it's a genetic thk... my bone structure is rather thin & narrow... but anyway ways i can improve?? i've tried all sort of gym exercise... military press, lateral raise, row etc.. feel so frustrated & de-moralized , in fact my shoulders looks more constrcted aft all those useless press...
when i was swimmin regularly durin my sec sch, my shoulders looks slightly broader.. but i've laid off for some time
any practical & creative ways i can improve my shoulders appearance... ?? pls help
