last time when in primary and sec sch , nv do homework only , can kena slap by teacher ,and school bag from 4 storey can fly out to 1st floor , den go home tell parents also no use , cos parents will say good for u . (and parents encourage teachers to punish thier kids)

also last time , when i wan to smoke around my neighbourhood we always go hide ontop blk or hide somewhere to smoke , but now days kids age 12 or 13 or 14 or 15 , now days youths can even sit down their own blk or near by their house , relaxing and smoking

Since the kids nowadays are so damn fucking ill-disciplined how abt getting the cane punishment out in school again. Now instead of restricting caning to principals or discipline master, we grant that task to normal teachers too. Cane until the kids painful will make them more obedient. I come from the days when all teachers can use cane.
If caning is not a good instrument to instill order and discipline, then I think spore prisons won't use it either. So I strongly believe cane will work. And it will be best if parents nowadays use cane to inflict pain so that the kids will remember.

thinking back , it was rather funny , getting slap and cane by teachers on a daily basics from pri to sec sch , and my sch bag being thrown to de ground floor , and getting chase by police because of smoking or playing soccer below de blk , cos u know if de policemen gets u , it means his gonna hantam bola u also , last time normal uniform police got the invisble (hantam bola warrant)
