I regreted my course in poly

yea so far that amount(ONE thousand dollars) was written on the army and navy broucher which was sent to my house last week but yet to receive the air force broucher......really ar ur friend also got join ar???then he got say he needs to go back camp to do all those tranings(push-ups) or not?and he needs to attend those other armed force realated things or not when he is in poly????
is it like attending NS tranings when u are in poly when i signed up?? -
engineering ppl onli get 600.. tmd..

no nid to go for any trainings at al.. juz tat after u grad, u gotta serve them for 5 years.. including ns.. of cos u will be paid la..
warning.. if u happen to fail ur poly not being abt to serve them, be prepared to return them the amount they gave u including interests..
lucky i didn't join them.. i gonna fail liao sia...

If it's standing in a lab for the whole day ya reason for regretting it, I wun buy it.
Even if you come out from NS and work after that and standing in a lab... isn't it better than ppl who has to meet clients, get sales... etc?
Perhaps you can take up a part time course after you completed ya dip, NS and starts working full-time? It's never too late to pick up knowledge... that is after you clear the NS. By then, you can place more focus on ya career or what you actually wans to study.

i heard abt how tough was the General paper in JC until i was psychoed and i decided to go poly as i have enough struggling with english since i was in PRIMARY 4....tried to locate my course of interest in polys but then there was juz too little course which is related to my interest(navy weapons,airforce weapons and army weapons i also like) ...was confused over SP aeronautical engineering(COP 13) over TP mechatronics(COP 26) which also offers aerospace engineering at year 2......
in the end i choosed mechatronics at this year JAE lor since i stay in the east and i see no different(both is still diploma).........
then i realised that course dun have MUCH GIRLS!!!!
now is that stupid dun neo wat JOINT POLYTHENIC SAF diploma scheme which i am confused abt.....since i wanna get near those fighter jets in the air force next time when working...why dun i juz join the Air force now???and i could get paid 1000 dollars monthly juz by studying in poly....what i wanna know is that will they call me back to do all those trainings or whatever attachments or exercise when i am studying in poly or not...no matter wat...i am going to suntec city this saturday to find out more at the ACE exhibition....
haiz....confused confused....
Go business school lah. Plenty of girls to tilltilate you everyday. -

One reason why clear NS first after ya Dip...cos with the NS environment/circumstances or events that you encounter.. might change your view about what course u wanna take. Also, dun wait until you ord then decide what u wanna do... there may be a tendency to be lost after army to civi conversion. There will times on the weekend u will be free in NS, take some time to chk out the courses etc.

if you were in your 2nd year, my advice would have been to quit. go NS. spend that 2 years and think thoroughly what you want to do. but now that you're in your 3rd year, and now probably being your 2nd semester, what's the point?
you're going to graduate in 2 months time.
go ns. think things through carefully. look at your own interests, are they viable as jobs?
for eg.
i've got this bunch of friends interested in japanese sci-fi shows (kamen rider, sentai, godzilla etc). some just finished Os, some finished As, some finished poly, some just ORD. but they've all banded together, and are going to produce a locally made sci-fi show, and several of them, through this project, have decided to pursue filming as a career. -

he say everytime holiday go back to sign form(dunno wat form) only..very fast and there's no training at all -
