Ai yah so troublesome. I thing have a liabarian there not bad leh. If u scare that it is too much man power just give the liabarian flexipay loh. Her pay will be 50% of the fines ppl pay for talking out loud in MRT without consideration for other passengers.

some pple de sleep ar dunnoe y the head my drop until on the other person's shoulder lehz......i find dat v irritating........so when i encounter such situation i usually sit a bit forward so dat the person would juz fall on the seat behind me.....
hee hee of cuz if dat is a chio bu den i wont mind her "lending" my shoulder to her ...........juz jk................ -
talking about sleeping in mrt when is noisy, get a mp3, full blast it, and get yourself to sleep, i remember there was once my head kept hitting the person next to me shoulder

Have a few Kempeitai agents inside the MRT trains. They shall have hidden camera's with them to snap pics of inconsiderate passengers. They shall den receive a fine in achordance to the serverity of their crimes in a few days time!

Abt the interesting announcement of 'pls stfu', it is not creative. I WISH THERE ARE NO ANNOUNCEMENT AT ALL. Irritating, every time got announcement i need to vol up my mp3 which damages my ear ... Is SMRT gonna pay for my damages ? -

jus go up to the kida and pull them up by their hair den bring them back to their parents and scream at the parents for having allowing their kids to run ard and making lots of noise la.. haha..
