  yeah saw it, i can oni take the diploma cuz i no biz dip.. cannot take degree. sounds fun though.

  The next big thing after the IR could be developing island resorts for the rich to stay in.
  
  As Singapore becomes more populated on the mainland, the rich will naturally move and stay in those island resorts.
