  Short Wavy SKirts A Trend in SPore? Seen so much gals wearing skirts so short n wavy that when go up stairs, escalator or even sit etc its very easy to be exposed.
  
  And if a guy happen to look past n spot it, is it an outrage of modesty?

  but prob is sometimes we get blamed or punished..its not that we purposely see

  Let me say it up front ... most girls can't carry these sort of skirts .....
  
  they look terrible in such skirts ... even if they have a tiny bit of flesh around the waist, such skirts accentuate it ...
  
  proof that fashion and aesthetics sense doesn't always coincide ....

  It boils down to how the guy decide to carry himself. And if the girl wants to wear it, be prepared to flaunt it. Actually pleated skirts makes a girl looks nicer and more attractive, but of course she must have good figures.
