Well, the body hasn't been confirmed to be that of Nurasyura. I expect that they'll need to use DNA testing of her parents.
But even if it isn't her, then the corpse does belong to a dead toddler anyway.

How many dead 2 year olds are there? Need confirmation with DNA but almost vertainly it is her..
Nothing less than the death sentence will do for such a crime. I would favour caning before the death sentence. -

Clothings would rot away so fast. Usually when a dead body is found, the flesh rots faster than the clothings. Even in extreme case of rotting, the clothings will still be intact.
