  When they do that, they looked more sweet and demure. It's always a bad thing to show people the insides of your mouth. Same thing when we yawn. Kinda rude to open our mouth big big right? But because the girls cover their mouth when laughing to make them look more sweet and demure, guys do not do that because that will be the wrong image. Its an image thing.
