  Wasn't there this case about 7-8 years back, this stateless guy serve NS already still cannot get citizenship because he got criminal record.

  i thought eventhough you have agreement between the maid and employer.
  as long as it's against labour law, then the agreement becomes invalid.
  
  so, the employer has to lan lan support the maid if she is singaporean? or the employer just fire the singaporean maid and send her back to her own HDB?

  But foreign maid getting pregnant is part of the regulations as set my MOM/ICA.
  
  Singaporean maids are still citizen and enjoy citizen rights what.
  
  But in this case, i think it will be illegal for employer to fire if the singaporean maid gets pregnant, since getting fired for pregnancy can amount to wrongful dismissal.

  so, do you mean that if singporean is pregnant, employer just gives money and fire her?

  You can feedback back to the maid's agency and have the maid send back.
  
  Think there's a clause saying if the maid committed sexual activities in resulting pregnancy, the male counterpart will also need to be punished. If the counterpart also happens to be a foreign worker, he will also be sent back to his native country.
