yeah, the cracking of the tooth is really something. sound so sick.... can feel the tension when the dentist is pulling the tooth...

I think if you take medisave end up pay $600 only.
But i am refering to NDC cases where you remove all 4 at one time.
remove 1 by 1 is usually a out-patient done on dental chair type.
Remove 4 at one time, need to go SGH NDC. Day surgery.
Put under GA, meaning ladies have to zg abit.
Put under GA, wake up, final check, go home. 1 week MC, 1 week of anti-biotics, 1wk painkiller (optional) and 1wk mouthwash.
Soft diet for 1st 2-3 days.

I had a way out...
I had 4 of my premolars extracted when I had to wear braces.
So my wisdom teeth gave me no problems when they erupted.

i just removed mine 3 weeks ago. my tooth got 4 roots, 1 more root than most of u. 1st day bleed alot...after dat ok.
then 2 days ago went for blood donation, now they classify wisdom tooth extraction asm inor op, so within 3 mths cannot donate blood. -
I think the doc probably didnt inform u tat after the impact wisdom tooth extraction, the side affected or rather your face will loose about 40% of the feeling. It took me almost 5 yrs to regain back the feeling.
One word to describe: SCARY! -

One more info: NTUC dentalcare clinic charge cheaper. I did mine for S$250.

My mum always ask me to go the dentist at Bukit Merah Central..coz she said it wun pain at all when the dentist remove the tooth.
I went about 2 weeks ago bcos of tooth decay.. quite bad. He kept telling me "Dun worry, I'll be gentle..." and it was fast.. about 10 mins it's done. -
