why go against the law of nature -
firstly, try not to wear specs. but some ppl who dont wear specs strain their eyes alot thus causing their eyesight to worsen. so must not strain or squint if possible. if ur eyes are tired close and rest. dont look at bright lights in dark areas, eg. staring into computer screen in an unlit room, etc. lastly, eat lots and lots of carrots as their good for eyesight.
