Hi there is a new condo near Orchid Country Club facing the reservoir (if im not wrong, the developer is Allgreen).
Does anyone has any idea how much is it selling at?

Is it really that nice???? Sorry lah...but personally i dun find it nice though....almost everyday see when driving pass...the location is rather ulu too....very inconvienient...only advantage: walking distance to OCC.

i wld rate it 7/10... but personally.. i think its slightly over priced..
but i donno its lease.. 99yrs...999yrs or freehold..

Agreed that the place is a little ulu..but it seems quite peaceful as well..understand tt it is 99 leased.
Would be perfect if some developers could acquire that piece of land opposite khatib MRT station facing macdonalds and build a condo there.... Perfect location.
But i have been waiting and waiting....till now tt piece of land is still --> State Land

Errr... if you can buy the condo unit then thereotically you should afford a car too for transport. It is a sign of status and wealth when one does not live in HDB flat. Got money buy condo no money buy car like a bit lark seh leh

but imo, i feel that if ure rich euf to afford a condo, surely rich enuf to own a car... location doesnt really matter if its far from MRT or not..
the location does matter if its far from shopping centre or supermarkets.. that's the main concern... if i were to buy an apartment. -

If you live in condo and got car, then location does not even matter even if it is far from shopping centre or supermarkets cuz you got 4 wheels to do the leg work for you -
Can't find fault with argument that if you own a car then proximity to stations or interchange is not important
However you'd have to consider if you wanna be your kid's chauffer to and from school, CCA activities, weekend classes, friend's house, etc etc. everyday, at any time. Sure there are school buses but a bus stop / station near home would really make his life (and subsequently, yours) easier . -

1 sounds reasonable...
If the husband uses the car to go for work, and and if his wife wanna go to the supermarket or market to add some groceries....in a case whereby, she has forgotten to buy something n she needs that to do her things....kinda inconvienient...
