  You are assuming one family in condo only own ONE car then that is a problem. But coming back, if got money buy condo and car what is another ONE more car for wife to use rite? If find so troublesome then don't live condo or have car lor

  have to chose wat u want and buy only wat we can afford..
  
  when the ends just meet...
  if want 2 car for family convenience.. live HDB...
  if not comfort living but 1 car..
  
  if have extra $$
  live in condo and 2 car..

  Most of them are living off with one car, one condo....of coz there're two cars...but how many ppl can afford 2cars n a condo?

  That's the point i'm driving at....
  
  But if i've the extra $$$, i'll buy a EM or 5A/5I HDB flat...n with two cars...
  
  And i'll have extra $$$ to spend on others...

  Unless u have a car u will not want to stay there. there is only one bus going somewhere near there 804. ps its the last stop.

  I was there to visit the showhouse last weekend.
  
  Am pretty impress by the setup.
  
  But one thing bemused me. They are trying to market it as a house for 3 generation but I dun see any toilets or rooms on the 1st level. You can imagine how inconvenience it is going to create for the old folks. Need to go toilet, got to climb stairs. Need to go room, got to climb stairs...wah lao...
  Can be real tiring and one miss step, tts it..Ambulance comes calling....
