think nobody walk there anymore. and since no human traffic...betta close it...or vandals will do sumtin abt it....hahah and gov got to waste money clean up their acts....and police got to patrol there frequently also... hahah so...padlock and close it betta....lol

near bedok camp right.... dunno leh, i always wanted to noe why got this kind of underpass out of nowhere de... maybe if one day they had to utilise the ecp as a runway, then the underpass will be put into use?

to be used if ecp is converted into runway bah.... then all the guardsmen at bedok camp will move all the flower pot away and dismantle the dividers....

Maybe it's only to be used when the ECP is needed as a runway. Or, it might have been underutilise or crime is happening and thus it's being padlocked now.

yeah. might have been a haven for drug addicts or hanky panky stuff. or simply cos they dun wan the homeless to settle down there.... just look at the ecp/changi tent pitching issue...
