Poly & JC students dont know life of outside school.
Admit it fellows. How many of you think about life occasionally rewinding backwards when u were in poly and JC. You have realised that You have been so gullible and ignorant all the while..
IMO these student think they know everything until they step outside to NS or working they will realise that they know nuts. To them, they doing part time job means = work expereince or expereinced the world. It is just nuts
All that airs they put on in their school . They will be about to lose it soon and become more humble as they grow older . They soon realise Life is a box of chocolates, you may never know what you get. -

Your view is an oversimplified conception that ALL Poly & JC students are like that, in other words, stereotyping them. Not every student don't know life outside school or too immature to realise the real world after ns and adulthood is not easy as pie.
I think what your trying to say is that the poly & jc doesn't equip you with life skills to prepare you for an adult working life, correct? Either way, can't be helped if there are no institution that would teach better than in an office or a real working environment. But i believe that what you learnt in poly/jc is only to build a rough foundation and qualification before any real life experiences can be gained in future. -
For goodness sake, even university doesn't prepare you for your working life.

come on... Rome wasn't build in a day. You can't expect everyone to be streetsmart once they are born right? It's like culture shock. You may read a lot about this country and their traditions but it's a different thing once you step into that country and experience it for yourself right?

Schools are supposed to impart knowledge to U...not really teach U about life...life cannot be taught...it has to be experienced.
