one thing i don't like about glenn ong...

though i'm a fan of the morning express, there's something i find irritating about glenn ong...it's his constant raving about his "baby" jamie yeo...we know that she's pretty, young and sexy and all, but i dunno why he keeps mentioning his wife during the morning express...if you do not know, he was once married to Kate Reyes quite sometime back, they were both on perfect ten then, and why is it that he didn't mention anything about kate during his shows? was it because she wasn't as pretty and sexy as jamie?
and before glenn married jamie, FD and rod were teasing him all the time about him not having the experience of being married, i have no idea why they are doing that, probably trying to hide the fact that glenn was divorced...
i wonder how kate feels everytime glenn mentions his "baby" or prethtends that this is his first time getting married...sometimes, i feel like calling him up and asking him how's kate coping...i probably won't get thru, and even if i did, they probably won't air the conversation... -
Just send him an email to stop talking abt her.
Say the listeners are getting sick of it, if not, just switch to other channels, then he will lose his job! -
Write to the straits times forum.
Chances are, he'll stop about Jamie Yeo, and start his daily rant about someone who minds. -
If he starts talking about other pretty babes other than his wife, people will complain and say hey wtf, isn't he married to Jamie Yeo? Why can't he talk about her instead?
And when he does, other people will complain like you do on why he keeps talking only about his wife Jamie Yeo.

You would never understand glenn ong and why he is doing all that unless you're in glenn ong's shoes. You're percieving the situation from only one side of the fence. Let's just say maybe your message did get across to him. Now put yourself in his shoes, and wonder what it feels like if someone who knows almost zero about you tells you to STFU about your wife. But then you'll probably argue the fact that if you were glenn ong, you won't do all that, but we all know that's crap coz then you'll be a liar liar.

ok...maybe i should tell you ppl this...straits times once did an interview with him very long ago...at that time, he was still married to kate...in it, he mentioned how much he went thru just to ask kate's parents to let her marry him...he mentioned that his in-laws didn't really liked him at first but he persisted and they finally grant him his wish...at that time, i was a fan of glenn, the ego man...his late nite shows were damn funny...with short fart, simone and all...and after i read the story, i was impressed even more...
