okay lah good save some money...but i tell u my method dun know save or not because i oredi got digital cam no need tripod i put on my lcd monito top and i orso recorded my head distance from the monitor and height of cam from monitor from my previous trial and error experiences so i will take photo at 1-3mp resolution and size down (again experience and trial error with "parameters" logged down previously) with windows paint no need third party software...still submit and use it to apply change passport and IC hahah
