  The court wan him/her to be the witness...but then he/she is a victim...so, does he/she has the choice not to attend or go to the court as witness becoz he/she doesn't wan to be involved with the Press?

  if u dun go u will be issued a summons for failure to attend court and a warrant of arrest will have your name on it.

  bai kar bai chew in hospital also need to have MC explicitly stating that U are excused from court...this kind of MC damn difficult to get one...doctor also want to cover backside...so if U are not dead yet....better appear in court.

  The funniest thing is taht there're already 2 victims ("witnesses", u might wanna say) testifying against that person....and so why does the police or court still need another one? is 2 not enough? Then if 3 is not enough, are they going to find a 4th one?
