actually i think it's the same for Secondary school.. the bonding between the students are better from the weaker classes as compared to the better classes..
in weaker classes, students seem to be themselves.. no fake one.. except for some of them "striving" to be the best.. then like to compare scores alot, get jealous and backstab one.. those ppl are really disgusting.. i dun respect these ppl even they produce gd result.. -

true lah. in a class of 40 ITE students, there'll be one or 2 who play politics, but 99% of the rest of ITE students are straight-forward, direct and innocent, even though they may be of ah-beng style.
JC is worst. Poly is second-worse, but the thing is that Poly students love to act cool and hip, compared to JC and ITE students. they love to form "cliques". KNN.

but even JC and Poly add up together is not worse than NS/Army. in NS/Army, the back-stabbing and politics will make you miss the politics/faking/back-stabbing in your JC/Poly days.

Life is like that. I am sure the working class would agree with me that you all should enjoy your life when you can while still studying in campus.
Honestly, it really depends on the culture of your school, your class, and even within your clique. That's life. Take it that it is actually a small microsystem that is representative of the world out there where adults work day in day out, with some deciding to step on others to reach their goals.
To me, it is not necessary to identify everyone as poly students, or JC students, or what not.. Not necessary, because eventually when all graduates come out to work, it's the same ground of survival for all.
What I can say is, please don't generalise just because of the people you encounter around you. That's really erroneous sampling. For example, in response to one post that commented about JC people being more fake.
I am from a JC, and I dare say I have never been superficial and "fake" with others. Sincerity is what I uphold, whether when I was in school, in university, or at work. -

yeah man..its true..weaker classes are far more united and fun as compared to the better classes...i was from both side so i can tell u guy sthat weak does not equal dumb but is definately alott of fun..made true lifetime frens in this class..memories..the smarter class i was in wasnt so fun except for de certain bunch of dudes that were there being themselves..that was fun..the others certainly were stuck up fuckers with no respect for themselves or anyone..

Me think Poly students rock!
Me remember my batch of poly buddies was the coolest friends me ever made. On the 1st day of class, we skipped lectures and went to arcade to play games. We skipped tutorial to go to Middle Road to play snooker. Went to Hill Street to hitch the girl at the Zi Cha stall. They taught me how to play Dai Di and me won their money. We shared our tutorial notes and copied each other's work. We also became godfathers of each other's children and it's already 12 years. -

JC - learning the ways of SUMO . very slow but heavy-duty .
Poly - learning the ways of the Samurai (Bushido ) . fast and deadly .
ITE - learning the ways of Ninjado . stealthy and hands on .

no la, she maligned me mah, purposely step on my tail.
so i use my big big eyes and stare at her, then whole face went red lor, bombarded her. Even my frens diam diam liao, they know I was angry liao.. she still kept arrowing me. Tired of living.
I have high threshold of tolerace, but if somebody really take advantage of that, he/she better be careful. Coz when i really get provoked, I might become a dangerous character. My frens and teacher all shocked lor. They tried their best to not let me speak. The more agitated I become, the worse the situtation will be. I din scold vulgarities or what, but I banged table and raised my voice.
Scary? Ya, that's the only time I remember, I totally no image liao.
