Might not be ill treatment as long as some of u have endured, but its ill treatment no fucking lessOriginally posted by king108:Are you really been ill treated when you may not even in Singapore? We started off as an immigrant society and a british colony.Originally posted by HENG@:don't impose your own work ethics over everyone else.
i guess singapore society has become one where if there are things that are lacking, nobody has the right to demand change and improvement. now it has become an attitude that if "not happy then leave"
if people really just shut up and leave if they're not happy instead of speaking up, singapore will DIE within 50 years u wait n see.
I can't believe the complacency that exists in sgreans now. Absolutely shocking. Do people in sg still have brains nowadays?![]()

[b]Well, I can only sympathise you, no saying that I was well treated either. However, I would describe Hatres is like lifting a small nut in your hand and hold it up there, after sometime you will be tired of it. Put in down, your life still goes on and maybe better.
For us here, will have try to make it right for our fellows singaporean thru the proper channel..
Good Lucks. Cheers.

At the rate we emigrate, SG will simply revert back to its own humble beginnings. Then the govt need only manage those Chinese Nationals, Indian nationals, etc.
Our sense of national indentity is almost non-existent, the majority of our youths don't give 2 cents on local politics and their own well-being and the focus of education nowadays is to 'fill a need', a concept no doubt brought abt by our most esteemed govt aka the ruling party.
If our govt labels those who emigrate as 'quitters' (quoted from SM Goh CT), that really speaks volumes of the mentality of the ruling party and our govt today.
