hey hey.. need a great help all beloved forum-ers here...
as i know, silkair requires only "O" level and SIA at least a diploma...
so im wondering is it possible for gals to join Silkair den jump to SIA??
pls pls pls help!!

But unfortunately, you've got to have relevant educational certs for you to apply for transfer..

I never hear of internal transfer, unless they're very short-handed

The differences between having an 'O's and a diploma for SilkAir and SIA are mainly the different clientele markets and the Asia and International routes both flew differently.
But in cases that you have 'O's but fluent in other languages life French, German, Spanish or Japanese, you have an upper edge on hand than those who don't speak a third language. Me knew a SIA air stewardess who only golt 'O's but fluent in Japanese and German, she got the job and now flying long haul routes to Frankfurt, Osaka and Tokyo. -

we can get you thru the 1st and 2nd round, but the 3rd is all up to you.. -

Hi you can ask me . SilkAir after working for 3 years , you can transfer to SQ that is optional .
But I wouldnt join the arrogant SQ if I would you. I have friends quitting the job for Emirates and other airlines , their experiences they told me , I will not reveal here. If you are interested , I can pm you their experiences.
SilkAir is alright through , my cousin working there for 4 years , she is now the head flight attendance . The best part for her is every day she comes home. -
