Its not easy to take Os as a private, even if its only one subject. The stress is that if you fail again, you are gone. There is no margin for error, you must push yourself to score well. Having said that, it is entirely possible to score well.

i am not going back to school becoz my school does not even want me also.so i will just take a private candidate this year.so lonely,all my frenz made it to poly,only i am stuck.haiz.

I've apply for ITE just now. I hope they will accept me.
Anyway, mathematics isn't too hard to get A, is just that I'm too lazy to practise more, hence landed me onto this state of aimlessness and desperation. Damn it, I should have study well.
So, is it confirmed that guys will be called up for NS when they're 17 and school-less, even their birthday is at December?
I'm still pretty confused about it because some of my friends had a different saying that guys like me will have another year before being enlisted.

roughly each subject B4 grade
not too bad lar...
actually not really necessary to purposely look for new friends lor...its like U all can contact and come out during the weekends mah...if ur friends are ur true friends...they will not purposely find excuses and reject U one...
I am still in contact with my secondary school friends. -
i know during weekends can meet up.but i rather not bother them becoz they will be busy wif their stuffs.besides now i am doin nth,staying at home all the time is really stressed up.

What if you enrol in ITE(higher nitec) and repeat 'o' level(only 1 subj) at the same year and when gotten back the 'o'level result and its a pass, will u still be able to enrol to poly but have to quit higher nitec course?
Also is the NS enlistment letter the one that require you to apply for deferment b4 29 April?

weekdays...mon to fri...they study...U also study....what's the difference except that they study in school U study at home?...

I'm telling you boy.If you want to score well like a B3 and above you better stay at home and study and use the money for the ITE to get home tuition.Don't expect ITE to be an easy thing.You will have so much homework and projects to do that you will probably forget all about your O levels

I cant possibly study on my own right when I received a NS letter that require me to register for deferment b4 29/April as they only accept deferment if I am registered to a MOE approved instituition.

go ITE n score!...den go poly with a gd ITE result, rather den keep pondering abt O level...i got a fren like u n he is going to ITE, though he has thought of "studying at home" for his private Os but of cuz CMPB will not accept such crap n dey onli see the school u studying in den defer u dats all......something like NSNT (No School No Talk)
if u go ITE den dun tink abt ur O level liao, reallie..........

u must sign up for a private school in order to get deferment for ur period doing your o lvls... den if u can apply poly u can do finish it den go army

I can sort of understand valerieee. When I was cycling with them just now and heard they were talking about their Poly orientation camp, I felt totally out of place.
Oh well, it pays to be lazy at 'O' levels. -

i totally regretted for failing my maths.had i passed it in the first place,i might have gotten a place in rp already.nvm i will work hard again this year then...
