You know, with so many complains and connection issues, SingNet sure isn't doing anything to improve their service.
What's the matter with them? Have they made enough money already?
Or perhaps SingNet should leave internet access service to providers who can really PROVIDE, like Starhub. -

One thing for sure, SingNet's Tech Support really sucks, as their number is so time consuming to get through because all their available techical support officers are busy.
Some of their ADSL modems they include in their subscription packages are also unreliable, particularly TECOM.
And when you finally do get to speak to a technical officer, they can only send someone down one week later. OMG!
This is one sure way to suffer high blood pressure!
Why is SingNet such a large government company, so sloppy????
U still remember teh days where there is only Singnet? no Starhub or watever?
jus appreciate it la.. Heard my lecturer that in Australia they laid cable wires frm the ocean to other countries.
THey often have connection problems and stuff like that. We have satellite leh!

I am using Singnet ADSL 512K...was using 256K before but complain like heck to their Sales Dept for fark up service etc..etc..until they upgrade me foc...and still gave me the goodies..
Bottom line, no use verbally screwing them - whack them in black & white good good..
By the way, I bought my own ADSL modem/router (Linksys) and my single 512K line is currently supporting 3 Pcs. A bit slow at times but manageable. Come July, will bang table again to upgrade to 1500/3500 foc since I am already paying 512K for $45 which is actually 1500K line..
Customer is always King - remember this!
