Actually I think global rankings of universities not really something one shd pursue for, cos like there are so many many many different types of rankings in the world, ranking high doesn't mean much unless is top on most if not all the rankings by different publications in the world... But of cos, getting on even 1 publication's list itself is not easy at all lah -

No leh? When is this implemented? I got no credit card so even if I can't remember, whose credit card I use sia? Don't think I pay application fee at that time I apply, 2 yrs ago.
