argh... i want to ask whether can change or not.... dont spoil my chances please i want m16a1 with accesories argh *pray* can change and can """upgrade"""" lolz precision drill can la but the magazine designed is for 30 rounds one would be quite a hinderance if u toking about provots' type of drilling and also it is very light so the weight problem, parts i think should not be flying unless drop or hit...... (Near fragile )

my old collection. natch' i'm not in sg. think i'll give it all up or in storage when i go.
alot of the full metal ones actually weigh heavier than the real thing, which is nuts
hand guns are often the same weight.
receiver dimensions for the electric ones are slightly off because they have to contain the same kind of components you get in r/c cars and an air piston.
gas ones are pretty much identical though.
these cheap ones dont sound very good though.
better to treat like a model project and repaint it, fill it with filler or something to strengthen and weighten it.
how hard is it to become member of a gun club?
is the type of gun available very limited? [like only air pistols and rifles, shotguns etc?] -

hong kong mostly, some from japan, and some from uk.
most expensive has abeen about us$500-700 - either custom-built, or rare, or just very expensive.
the average cost for a assault rifle is us$200
average cost for a handgun [even full metal] is about us$120
if you want to go cheap, theres many chinese manufacturers who can price an assault rifle [albeit hard plastic] for under us$100. -

for AEG's made by Tokyo Marui, roughly 280fps
Tokyo Marui M14 is slightly hgher, about 300fps
Classic Army M15A4 [M4 carbine] 315fps
ASC M14 330fps
M14 SOPMOD 330fps
M60E3 280fps
All other long arms, roughly 280-330fps
[328fps is legal velocity limit at Full Auto in UK]
gas hand guns, gas rifles and gas submachine guns:
with hfc134a 280-300fps
with hfc22 315fps and higher.
L96 spring-powered sniper rifle: 500fps
that should give you a rough idea. -

Those velocities are still fast enough to put out an eye, if one isn't careful. I hope you guys wear eye protection when using your airsoft equipment. -
its a legal and insurance requirement that you wear eye protection [using real firearms-ballistic rated polycarbonate protection, though paintball masks are also used, though they tend to be restrictive when aiming] when you play with these.
there have already been ballistic tests with airsoft gun carried out in various countries.
thats why 1J [328fps] is considered the safe limit for a full auto capable weapon.
at close range it can leave a mark, and though not obviously tested, its said that though the plastic ball might bruise the eyeball, it would not pierce it.
at anything other than point blank, airsoft plastic balls are considered considerably safer than paintballs at those velocities.
the sniper rifle at 500fps is subject to site rules [in some cases, military sites only], insurance and minimum engagement distances [over 20-25m only], so there would be no chance of injury, and to date there never has been.
