Diploma Holders

Hello,
Just curious, how much diploma holders is getting now.
I mean not only just graduate, i also mean like dip holders having the same job for a couples of yr, what the so call "highest pay" ...
i am a dip holder and earning slighty 2.2... it only been a year..... -
without job experience is 1.1K...
depend on ur luck. -
2,2 K is already high for a Dip holder.. I have Engineering dip holder friends earning only 1.5K total
las time around the 90s , dip holder was starting salary at least 1.8K
What did you have. I presume it is Business or IT related? -
some diploma have higher pay like IT , Law or Business.

ave not heard of any company paying 3K after 3 years. Surprising, provided it is true.

dip in IT. but the scarcastic thing is my job not about IT. IN fact it in CS and engineering....
think i must get a DEGREE if not dilpoma holder will just at getting no -where -
but always see new saying dip holder starting average pay is blar balr blar.... 1.8k..
don know how they get this -

if diploma chaps are taking 1.1k ... then what about ITE chaps ? .....

i think diploma was high las time like i said.
ten yrs ago high lah, at least 1.8K in private sector -
2.2k is a lot liao leh..
ur 2.2k gt include allowance + commission/incentives? -
i started working in 1997. I was Fresh Dip Grad from NP. Starting was 1.8K. The thing is that, If you in private sector, prepare to start back from scratch if you get retrenched ect..ten yrs ago is was ok as still can hop jobs (many ppl were doing it anyway) . now can meh?

dont feel itis necessary to do it at this point of time. because job sector got rather unpredictable after 2001 -
When i started in 1997 it was all the big players still growing, The IT boom and internet ect ect.
it w as normal for grads to join big companies like Sony, Singtel, M1 , Seagate -
