There's a sort of psychological disorder classified under the DSM-IV : Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), which sounds like what he might have been suffering from.

The medical procedures rarely produce relief. Indeed they often lead to a worsening of symptoms. BDD may limit friendships. Obsessive ruminations about appearance may make it difficult to concentrate on schoolwork.

It was reported that despite assurances from his GP, his girlfriend, and his mom, the boy continued to be obsessed with the idea that he's 'small'.

It is noted in the newspaper report that he bought a notebook and written on it. He said it was not due to the stress of his examination but is more about his physical development. He still knew there was something wrong with his body parts.

It's sad especially when someone who's pretty talented to commit suicide. He's probably stressed out and couldn't think properly and act rashly.

I don't think that was the main reason for what he did... Maybe he had other reasons for doing so... Who knows...
Its just sad that someone that age would take his life.. maybe there are more who commit suicide but we just don't hear of it only.
Lets not make fun of it people. after all, he is dead. Let him rest in peace. -
actually the boy doesn't know how many guys would kill for a small manhood... amongst certain circles, smaller is better. some of the guys have to go thru painful reduction surgeries just to get the desired smallness.
