  if u havent tried difflam lozenges, try one. it shld work immediately.

  eat RICOLA!
  lemon-flavoured one.
  
  and of course, plenty of H20 to reduce the sore throat. Be prepared to answer nature calls more times that u usually do though.

  For me jogging/running helps clear/prevent throat infections.
  
  Whenever I stop aerobic exercises, I am suseptible to sore throat.
  Aerobic exercises is better than lozenges and anti-biotics.

  Thanks for the advises. Now My throat has cured but now i have this feverish feeling but when i checked my body temperature with the thermometer and it reads 36.9...is this symptoms of fever or wad?

  Not really. Fever is ard 38. Still, if you're feeling unwell, drink plenty of water, wash your face to keep you fresh, get enough sleep(8-9 hrs) and lastly, visit the doctor(not recommended unless it's necessary). Hope that helps.

  I also have this pain at the back of my head. This is not my first time having this sickness but its been long since i had this.
