  The Police Liaison Officer (Elections) has issued permits for the following election meetings to be conducted tomorrow, Friday 28 April 2006.

  people above 50s, those average uncles, aunties u see everyday, who have no interest at all in politics, probably don't even know what's a GRC, SDP, SDA, WP or MP is. and having been through much hardships growing up in the 60s, they'll be thankful for ones who provided for them during those toubled times. they will vote out of gratefulness.
  
  so that's leave the young voters below 30 years old...

  in fact, if u consider all the GRC's only, the western half of singapore is all walkovers while the eastern half all fighting....

  there might be chance alijunied might win 5 seats. the residents here are very unhappy dat over 10 years the flats not being upgrade n old... just becos there was walkover...
