  Acer Travelmate 3280 is 2.3KG. Unless you're prepared to pay $3,000 and above, this would be one of the best bargain that I will say.

  Tablet PC? Super light-weight I would say, but the screen is a tad too small. Or you get those laptops with screensize around 13.3" or 14.4". Most of them are under 2kg. 15.4" probably don't have.

  Tablet PC, although 12.1", are super thick and heavy, heavier than my Acer Aspire 14.1" 2.2kg. And I'm talking about a fujitsu tablet here...

  The ones used in my school aren't that heavy. In fact, quite light. They are using HP.
