  Because long long ago some people go for tattoo above or behind their neck or on their palms, fingers etc etc. Then when they go for job interview and didnt get it due to the impressive cartoons or romantic wordings. They regret loh. Then some even go complain to authorities say those professional tattooers didnt tell them all these in advance. So authorities check them out loh. SO like tat loh.   Those who are in Clementi Camp maybe can confirm this. A NSF wif many many large size tattoos all over the body up to the neck on rite ( or is it left size )? I saw him board TIBS 189 towards Clementi Camp.

  its the signature of someone special to mi... i managed to got it after much persuading... so thrilled at getting wat i wan.

  so ah better dun put if 1 can put somthin else lo..
  me wanna put angkong put dunno at simi place leh...sibeh sian..
  but my ex bf gt angkongs allover his body even at his forehead sia..
  so lky monster...but arz abit lky maple story de..

  i got this friend from thailand. he used a fine black marker pen and wrote one short phrase on another friend's hand in thai. freaking nice man!!! thai words are damn damn nice.

  its the head of a cello in flame. with a signature cut thru.
  
  in case some of u do not know, the head of a cello represents the cello maker, and also an important part of the cello.

  if u all got SCV channel 16, watch miami ink at Sunday 11pm, a show about few friends coming together and open a tattoo shop, quite a nice show
