So many misconceptions in this thread, let me address some.
Firstly Massimo Dutti is not some Prata shop, it's under the same group as Zara. First branch open in March at Liat I think.
Secondly, who says Zara is better than G2000? Zara stuff were only okay to begin with and is now going downhill. Dutti is a bit better but also so-so nia. G2000 even though Hong Kong brand but got some pretty good stuff.
Thirdly Nikar, my suggestion for you would be Robinsons -

robinson really got white slim-fit shirts meh? because there's this big store called "John Little" at the 1st storey of Jurong Point and the shirts it sells, none of them are long-sleeve slim-fits; somemore, the quality of the shirts are so thin and cheap.
i) since john little is a child company of robinsons, won't robinson sell the same poor crap?
ii) i thought robinson sells only those business suits and shirts for 30s - 40s office men. they got sell slim-fits meh? slim-fits more like trendy people.......but still am gonna try robinson anyway.
iii) robinson outlets in SG where got? jurong area got? town? chua-chu-kang area?

KNN.......today went G2000 at the West Mall branch.
i entered the shop and after browsing for 10 mins, i saw some shirts which have the tags that say "Contemporary shirts". their price per piece is S$39.
a sales staff came up and ask me what i wish to buy. i said "slim-fit shirts" and she said those that i were looking at were not slim-fits, and asked me to go to another side where the slim-fits were(contemporary not equal slim-fits meh???!!!).
i went to that section and study the long-sleeve "slim-fits", but they seem to be ordinary long-sleeve regular fits to me!!!! the sleeves so thick, so wide......not sleek at all......KNN......then got another sales girl came up and ask me what o want. i said "do you have slim-fits". she gave me a freakish look and screwed up her face, disbelieving. i said again "do you have slim-fits?"
she said "slim what"? i then spelled out for her "S-L-I-M F-I-T-S", but she interrupted me halfway and said "there's only 1 card/cut here". KNN! retarded is it? how their HR fools hire people one? very insulted loh......cannot find shirt already still got this kind of crap. this will be the pharking last time i step into G2000. KNN!
robinson is my last hope tomorrow.
