  i hope PP can announce first. by right, it will be the first cos it has the least number of voters, but last election cos the result come out the margin is so thin an automatic recount was ordered (according to the law) and it wasn't the first constituency to be announced.
  
  this time round, i think the answer will be clear cut. my sentiments goes to CST!
