  Frankly, if your 'he' jiemei did pop the question for you, would you consider ? ... that's the question to think about.
  
  While on his side of thinking, he had been wanting for you and yet you didn't give any respond. Maybe he thought that you know his feeling and the time given for you is already long enough.
