well that book not only mentions about such things.........it also mentions management skills..........and upgrading skills and alot more........and it is the book which many people say will eventually lead to a person's success............heard that it is more impt than justhaviing a high IQ.........
There are too many books like those, so i ended up borrowing some at libraries so that the money wont be wasted on books that i dont find so good
There are many books ,for examples, on persuasion and influence, like How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. But one useful book that stands out is Robert Cialdini's Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion. The writer is an academic professor, but he didnt like dump in a pile of dissertations or theses. He combined his personal research with some established theories and worked in many sales line to build up material for this books. Very informational, mind blowing and very to the point.
I think another outstanding book i heard of is Freakonomics, but i have not yet touch on those.
