wtf i had this problem one week already and still cant fix
my problem is that one of the starhub gateway between singapore and malaysia has block my ip
i cant connect to msia and play game with my msia friend
i called them 100+ times already and send alot emails to them
but still cant fix it and 2 days b4 this starhub guy told me it will take 1-2 days more to fix the problem but still haven fix
so wat i do now?
anyway to force them help me fix it fast
i have nothing to do now because cant connect malaysia

For me, I can get results from cmd.
But a check for this address doesn't exist. This IP address belongs to Starhub.
By the way, why do you want to connect to Malaysia? Trying to access some inacessible websites in Singapore?

singapore's isp all very yaya 1 since they dun hav any competition
btw starhub is still alot better than singnet -
kind of lor, singnet suck lor, as when my resident line once pick up, it internet disconnect lor. dont know whether is it got to do with my router. cause when my mum use the phone, it become very noisy and the next moment, my internet disconnect and her call disconnect. anyone know how to slove this?Originally posted by rebound:change isp lor

Did u attach a "voice microfilter" to your tel line..? I suppose you are using ADSL on your tel line to share internet traffic with the normal fixed tel line. Your router should not be the problem if it was working fine before. -

Toyota-Corolla, did u connect a line micro-filter to ur resident phone outlet? It's a must for ADSL line. U can get one in Sim Lim Square. Just ask the shops ard, very cheap.

1. Click "Start " then Run.
2. Type cmd in Command box.
3. In Dos prompt, type ipconfig /all
4. type "ping www.yahoo.com"
If ping result failed, your connection might have some problem or failure. -

The only way is to ask Starhub to help, we cannot do anything much too...

starhub lags badly especially in the heartlands, every afternoon onwards my connection gets laggy
i used singnet before and their connection for 512k is even faster than the 1,500kbps from starhub -
now st like block my bt dl sia..last time easily 100+kb/s now i struggle to even reach 30-50..

Singnet used to be better than starhub, but now both sux la..
I pay so much for 10mbps but always get d/c. I subscribe quite early when the plan first came out last yr august and got the problematic speedtouch585 modem. Now all ADSL2+ users all on the newer modem. -
