Who cares about what in the book are lies or not. I am watching the movie for entertainment, my christian friends are. Their churches all supports. Say its good to know more type of information and decide for yourself which is right instead of letting people telling you

In one psychology book i read, there is a finding that people usually perceive banned or restricted materials, no matter how untruthful they are, as factual and true.
I think the more we aim to restricted access to these stuff and not let the people judge for themselves, the more its perceived that these stuff is truthful and the material is damaging to the censors. -
my church recommend lei. =)

i'm just going to watch it with an open mind -
my church didnt ban us from reading the book or watching the movie.. in fact they recommended it. however we did have some lessons regarding some controversies within the book content...
my mission school also doesnt discourage us from reading da vinci code.
whatever is in the book is up to us to believe..but after watching several documentaries and articles, dan brown conducted seriously poor research that puts in theories which are totally impossible and the locations and representation of the different monuments and symbols are mostly inaccurate and false... -

Da Vinci Code also one of the first religious thriller and mystery fiction, thus also best seller. -
