  speakin of ulcer .... i just recover
  
  im the type who hate to apply medicine and the ulcer is damn big,
  so i was tortured for 2 weeks , have difficulty in talkin, eatin and drinkin and lips very dry and got crack
  
  then in the end no choice go and apply watermelon powder (spray kind),
  drink herbal tea and plain water .... then around 3 days later ok le
