  Today again !! Order big breakfast, take out card, (maybe the card shows the posb card, cause below is ezlink card, so cannot see) but the MANAGER collect the money and never ask I member or not !!! Then before payment I ask for extra pack of salt give me pepper.
  
  Then when I left the counter I heard the manager ask the customer "member?"
  
  WHAT THE HELL !!!!

  once i go at 6am, they closing the previous day's accounts, then have to use calculator manually count, and no points.

  take the initiative to show the card if u are member
  
  if u are a member, dun be paiseh to show it, or want to wait for them to ask u

  ya, i agree, dun need to wait till they ask you b4 you take ur card out
