dun be a gay. why?
morally it is not wrong. unless you are biogenetically made to prefer guy, dun be a gay. the society will discriminate naturally against gays and being a minority group, you will lose a lot of chances, in making friends, jobs which is bad for you and your life will be quite bad.
stop blaming the society for being prejudice, man is prejudice. even gay themselves prejudice and discriminate against others. smart people dun go around blaming why people cannot accept them. it is already known that every man is errornous in intelligence and character.
morally gay is not wrong but practically speaking, in today's world it is better not to put yourself in a group where others will discriminate you because you will miss out all the opportunities of being a non gay. anyway, there are girls around everywhere, so it is not as if being a non gay you cannot find love.
maybe you do not dare to find love in opposite sex because you have a past fear towards them. if that is the case, you should solve the fear, and not run away from it. learn to see how being with women is nice. -

As much as I hate to admit, I'm a homophobic... I'm terrified of gay men, their gestures, their so-called lifestyle, etc. But that's me.. not them.
Even so, I dun believe in restricting what gay people's lifestyle. There is no right no wrong there. It's all about choices, and this is what they choose, respect them.

u do say its not wrong to be gay, and then u say its better not to be because of society.
since when is letting society dictate who u are a good thing? Society shouldn't overshadow anyone's life.

and thats the problem isn't it? Most gays biogenetically LIKE guys. So why shouldn't they be gay? Any why shouldn't they be gay because society discriminates against them? Society should not stand still, it should progres. How would society further progress towards enlightenment if people submit to society's prejudices instead of challenging and fighting it?
Anyway, the reason society is so prejudiced against gay, is not because man is prejudiced. There is a very simple reason. Society has more gay people that anyone realises. Prejudice arises when a large number of gay people cannot accept that they're gay, and turn homophobic.

Participants consisted of a group of homophobic men (n = 35) and a group of nonhomophobic men (n = 29); they were assigned to groups on the basis of their scores on the Index of Homophobia (W. W. Hudson & W. A. Ricketts, 1980). The men were exposed to sexually explicit erotic stimuli consisting of heterosexual, male homosexual, and lesbian videotapes, and changes in penile circumference were monitored. They also completed an Aggression Questionnaire (A. H. Buss & M. Perry, 1992). Both groups exhibited increases in penile circumference to the heterosexual and female homosexual videos. Of the 2 groups, 80% of the homophobic men showed an increase in penile erection to male homosexual stimuli as opposed to only 33% for non-homophobic men. The groups did not differ in aggression. Homophobia is apparently associated with homosexual arousal that the homophobic individual is either unaware of or denies. -
